Founded by Mike Tezak in 1987 after he spent decades with his brothers building numerous civil projects throughout the western states including Wolf Creek Pass, Cottonwood Pass, Mesa Verde Highway, Snowy Range Pass, and much more. Many of these projects were award winning and very innovative.
